Lot 2 comes with specially designed plans oriented for the lot's size and shape by architect Charles Smith of Lindberg and Smith, a premier firm in the Port Angeles, Sequim, and Port Townsend area. These plans will soon be appearing in the upcoming PLANS page.
The company also owns a lot on the west side of Port Angeles in the Samara Woods subdivision, on which another house is currently under construction. This house will be completed in early spring of 2010. This is also a 2,000 sq. ft. house with a fully finished daylight basement and has 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms with a 300 sq. ft. recreation/bonus room in the daylight portion.
