1. The company will provide "green consulting" services regarding your proposed building plans. The cost for these services are $50.00 per hour, and these fees will be automatically credited back to you on the first billing if Eco-Green Builders, Inc. is selected as the builder of your project. Consulting services include, but are not limited to:
a. advising on site selection b. discussion and recommendation of type of sustainable construction materials c. attendance with clients at architect/designer meetings d. other services as requested by the clients.
