Budget and estimate for the construction of the project within the customer's guidelines;
With client approval, proceed with project schedule, including arranging for permits, services to site, and relevant inspections;
The company is also able to offer efficiencies and cost savings
through the distribution pipeline which it has developed and is
developing for a broad spectrum of products ranging from the foundation
of a house to the roof material and many areas in between.
Remodel/Retrofits
Although the company's primary focus is on sustainable construction, remodels to existing buildings are well within our scope of operations. The quality of our work will surpass and improve any house or commercial building, whether standard materials are used or "green building" materials are incorporated into the remodel
The company will also complete retrofits to existing structures using the latest in "green building" technology and materials exclusively to provide the owner with improved energy efficiency, limit exterior maintenance, and manage storm-water runoff about the property.
During the construction process, the website will provide pictorial updates of each step of the project including detailed descriptions. Progress meetings and time-line assessments will be provided as deemed appropriate by the client. There are always a number of different needs and interests for various processes, and we will undertake to comply with any requests for information to accommodate our clients to the maximum extent feasible.
Our clients are an integral part of the process of construction, material selection, and finishing which provides them with the utmost quality of the end product - their home.
Each project house will be toured by the clients for approval and determination of any relevant "punch-list" details which require further attention or enhancement. This is generally not a large list in our projects, as they are built to the highest standards from the beginning. The clients will be provided with a small picture progression of the construction in a folder which also will contain the various brochures regarding equipment installed, warranty information as appropriate, and general operating procedures for all items.
Although this is not a standard process in the trades, Eco-Green Builders is proud of the projects completed, and we welcome a thorough inspection in conjunction with relevant disclosure of methods and materials or equipment used in each and every project.
