MLJ Construction MLJ is owned by Mike Mantle. Mike is a long-time resident of the area around Sequim and Port Angeles and handles the bulk of our interior framing, SIP panel construction, decks and tongue-and-groove ceilings, in addition to the capability to construct the houses with the LOGIX Insulated Concrete Forms. He also has built innovative cantilever framing for our first house at 3918 Solar Lane in Port Angeles, Washington.
